in a safe, secure and responsible manner. We collect information
you provide to us through our online shopping. We use the
information collected to complete your purchase transaction,
to contact you about the status of your order, or to send
you product information or other offerings through the mail.
Miller Dowel does not share your information with other organizations
except in the highly unlikely event where we’re required
to disclose customer’s information pursuant to lawful
requests such as court orders and subpoenas.

Miller Dowel uses the latest technology to ensure that your
shopping experience will be safe and secure. We encrypt your
personal information, including your name, address and credit
card number when transmitting over the internet using Secure
Socket Layer (SSL) security software. All of your sensitive
information is scrambled before, during and after your order
is placed on our site. However, normal email (such as using
Contact Us) is not encrypted and thus is not a secure means
for transmitting credit card information or any personal information
you wish to keep private and secure.
Accepted Credit Cards
Miller Dowel accepts Visa and MasterCard or Electronic Check.
We do not accept cash, personal checks or money orders for
online purchases. We also do not ship orders C.O.D.
Order Total
The order total on your checkout page includes all items ordered,
shipping and handling, and any applicable taxes.
Returns
For returns we will issue a credit to your original method
of payment less shipping and handling charges. Please allow
1 to 2 billing statements for your credit to appear on your
credit card statement. We accept returns in the original packaging
accompanied with a copy of your invoice or packing slip. Returns
will be accepted up to 30 days from the receipt of your order.
Warranties
We warranty our products unconditionally against manufacturing
defects. If you feel that you have received a defective product
